Get Healthy Journey

I’ve decided to go sugar free.  Why?  Well, health reasons mostly, but weight reasons too.  I haven’t been feeling so great of late and I think it’s my (very) poor eating habits and my tendency to eat sugary, starchy, highly processed food.  I’m an emotional eater and I tend to get carried away when my emotions are in the extreme (happy celebrations, sad, angry).  Also, I do want to lose weight.  However, I am sick to death of diets.  I do not want to count calories or points or anything else.  I really just want to eat well, naturally and stay away from processed food.
